We will be making some changes to our weekly Bitesize InsurTech blog / email in 2018.
It has been fascinating to cover a diverse set of early stage businesses over the last two years. But the industry approach to InsurTech is maturing: the focus is moving away from hearing about ideas to thinking about how technology can be adopted to solve specific use cases.
It therefore makes sense to cover later stage businesses who are having an impact (whether as distributors or as service providers to incumbents).
But many of you have also told us that you love the breadth of businesses we cover, and the big, sometimes quirky, ideas. Our Bitesize InsurTech coverage in 2018 will therefore cover both the InsurTech Impact 25 and others such as nascent InsurTechs (maybe 2019’s Impact 25) and relevant businesses from adjacent industries.
We hope you enjoy the new format. Feedback is always welcomed – positive and negative!
