Over the last ten years, George has become a cornerstone of our business, specifically known for his deep expertise in strategy and transformation within the specialty and reinsurance markets. His promotion to Partner is a testament to the value of long-term dedication and the “homegrown” talent we strive to foster.
Max joined us in 2022 as a Senior Manager. In just a few short years, he has established himself as a leading authority on London Market and global specialty underwriting.
Max has a unique ability to help major carriers find the balance between growth and productivity. He can be recognised as the lead author of our paper on Enhanced Underwriting, which has significantly shaped the conversation around productivity in the London Market. His strategic insight has become indispensable to both our clients and our internal teams.
