Oxbow Partners announces Direct-to-Partner scheme for top graduates

We are excited to announce our new Direct-to-Partner scheme for top graduates.
In its tenth year and recently ranked as the UK’s top strategy consulting firm for insurance, Oxbow Partners attracts some of the best graduate applications in the country. We are committed to being a meritocratic organisation offering no-constraints career progression to our top performers.
At the same time, we recognise two important trends. First, today’s GenZ graduate is ambitious and restless. The ‘apprenticeship model’ is outdated and top graduates should expect to occupy senior management positions right at the beginning of their careers. Second, management consultants, along with the rest of society, will soon be replaced by Generative AI bots.
As part of our Future Outperformance and Outstanding Leadership Strategy, we recently developed a response: a Direct-to-Partner scheme that allows top graduates to bypass years of distracting training and to experience the partner high life whilst the consulting profession still exists.
Successful candidates will participate in a three-month training programme, held in the ancient home of the global insurance industry (Leadenhall Market) during which they will learn everything about the industry. They will then be free to travel the world to deliver high-impact presentations to senior executives and discuss breakthrough perspectives at swanky dinners.
As part of the scheme, we welcome Ana Mavra and Jonny Lubin from our January 2025 graduate intake to the Partnership and business leadership team.
