This March we are celebrating all the women here at Oxbow Partners for International Women’s Day 2025, and today we are hearing from one of our consultants, Hannah Huang.

Smiley, positive and energetic.
2 What is your proudest achievement working at Oxbow Partners?
My proudest achievement was the sponsorship event we held with Cambridge University Ladies Netball Club (CULNC), it was great to get to know the Netball team that we have sponsored for so long.
3 Which women inspire you?
The woman that inspires me most is my Mum, she works in a predominantly male industry and has never let this hold her back. She works so hard and still has time to look after all of us!
4 How do you think influence your colleagues around you and the wider business?
I hope I bring a smile and some positive energy to my colleagues, especially on those occasional late nights of work.
5 What does this years theme mean to you?
To me, this year’s theme (Accelerate Action) starts at the individual. It means building confidence in yourself and having difficult conversations to create meaningful change.
6 Who would be your top 3 female dinner party guests (dead or alive)?
My top three female guests at a dinner party would be Tippi Hedren because I think she’s had such an interesting life, Ruth Bader Ginsburg for her impact on the world and Michelle Yeoh for being so inspirational.
7 What do you think the key is to building a workplace where women thrive?
I think the key to building a workplace where women thrive is simply honest communication – progress can’t be made unless you know what the problems are.
