Tom is a Senior Manager at Oxbow Partners with experience across strategy, transformation and operations. He has deep knowledge of the Lloyd’s and London Market. Recently, Tom has led a UK insurance provider / broker through its end-to-end growth strategy creation and assisted with the design of the corresponding operating model to deliver this growth strategy. He has also worked for Tesco Bank on their insurance transformation work. Tom has experience in personal lines M&A and recently conducted a vendor due diligence on an extended warranty provider with an international footprint.
